Since 1995 I have worked internally and externally to facilitate and manage organizational change.  From Vocational Training Education Assessments for Arts Training New South Wales, through strategic change with the Dowse Art Museum, to organizational and infrastructure change with the University of Alabama at Birmingham, I have worked at all levels to achieve results and facilitate new approaches.
